Blue polka dot fabric with multicolored polka dot border

This is a very unusual fabric design and would make a fabulous costume. Since it is a border print, it is important to plan carefully before cutting. One way to make it is to use the blue and white polka dot area for the bodice and skirt and the border for sleeves and a flounce on the skirt.
